Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette finally broke his silence Thursday on Jordan Ngatikaura ending his marriage to Jessi Draper. In a pointed Instagram video, he addressed the fan chatter and shared a clip from Draper’s Call Her Daddy appearance.

File this under reality TV crossovers I did not have on my 2026 bingo card: Vanderpump Villa alum Marciano Brunette just weighed in on the Jordan and Jessi Ngatikaura divorce mess, and he did it with a smirky Instagram bit that is definitely not making things calmer.

The quick version

  • March 19: Jordan Ngatikaura, 31, filed for divorce from Jessi Draper (Ngatikaura), 33, after five years of marriage. He later sought a restraining order, which the court denied.
  • March 26: Marciano Brunette, 33, posted an Instagram video reacting to the split, splicing in a clip of Jessi on the Call Her Daddy podcast saying she has not been in contact with him. He teased, on camera, that now that she is single he has "no plan to ..." before cutting the video off, and then captioned it with a pointed, "But why is she giggling?"
  • Kids: Jordan and Jessi share two children, Jagger (5) and Jovi (2).
  • Context: The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives already chronicled the fallout from Jessi's emotional affair with Marciano. She denied it at first, then admitted it on the show.

Marciano jokes, internet loses it

Marciano popped up on Instagram on Thursday, March 26, to poke fun at the situation. He used a clip of Jessi on Call Her Daddy saying she is not in touch with him, then dangled a half-thought about having "no plan to ..." pursue her now that she is single. He cut the video mid-sentence, which… yeah, you know exactly what that implies. The caption leaned in with, "But why is she giggling?" Subtle, this is not.

Jordan files, asks for privacy, gets headlines anyway

News of the divorce filing hit March 19. Jordan told Us Weekly that this was a hard call and that he is focused on keeping things respectful and stable for their kids through the transition. He also asked for privacy. The addendum: he did try for a restraining order after filing; the judge denied it.

"My priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported, and protected through this transition."

What the show showed — and what it didn’t

Before the split, Secret Lives of Mormon Wives followed the aftermath of Jessi’s emotional affair with Marciano. That storyline stretched off-camera too. On The Viall Files in November 2025, Jessi said they kept the affair fallout private for about six months and claimed Jordan used her texts with Marciano as leverage — as in, he allegedly threatened to blast them publicly and even had posts sitting in his TikTok drafts. She said parts of that were discussed during filming but did not make it into the final cut.

Jessi also described their home life at the end as chaotic and toxic: arguments, him recording her, her chasing him around the house, both of them yelling — and that was the day she left. She added that the affair began while she and Jordan were still living together. According to Jessi, when they were trying to keep it quiet, Jordan initially suggested that if it ever got out, they should say they were separated to soften the blow. Later, she said he pivoted and told her they should just tell the truth.

Jordan’s side of the mess

In his own sit-down, Jordan said he never truly meant the separation-cover story idea and framed it as a desperate move while he was hurting and anxious — basically, a plea for attention and an apology. As he put it: "Hurt people, hurt people."

Marciano’s about-face (and a little remorse)

By December 2025, Marciano was publicly rethinking his role in all this. He told Us that hearing about the situation was one thing, but actually watching it play out on the show was different — and rough — and he now feels he made things look worse for both Jessi and Jordan. Regret was the word he used.

He also admitted he is probably a walking trigger for Jordan and will always be "salt in the wound," but he said he is open to mending fences if Jordan ever is. For what it is worth, Marciano says he likes Jordan and thinks he is a good guy. He even floated the idea of smoothing things over because, in his words, the DadTok guys are great — as in, that circle of dad creators on TikTok he runs with. Very niche, but it explains some of who is orbiting whom here.

Where this leaves everyone right now

The divorce is in motion, the restraining order is off the table, the kids are the stated priority, and Marciano is cracking jokes on Instagram. Given the history here — the affair, the off-camera threats Jessi alleges, and the ongoing public statements — this one is probably not fading quietly into the background any time soon.
