Cuttingsfg.com respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page explains how to send us a notice and, if applicable, a counter-notice.
Reporting alleged copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notice must include substantially the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it — for example, the exact URL(s) on the Site.
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

What we do with a valid notice
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing. We may also notify the person who posted the material, where applicable.
Counter-notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, it must include substantially the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or their agent.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may disable and/or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
