MrBeast wants to go big-screen. The YouTube chaos engine otherwise known as Jimmy Donaldson says he is ready to turn his Prime Video hit into a full-on movie — as long as Amazon gives the thumbs-up.
So, is a Beast Games movie actually happening?
Not greenlit. Not announced. But the intent is very real. In a recent Variety interview, Donaldson was asked point-blank about a feature-length version of his ultra-scale competition series. He did not dance around it.
"If Amazon's down, I've got some crazy ideas," he said.
Translation: the ball is in Amazon's court. If they bite, he wants to make a theatrical Beast Games that matches (or outmuscles) the show’s everything-at-11 vibe.
Where Beast Games stands right now
The series is already a monster for Prime Video. Built with Amazon as a true Hollywood- scale version of MrBeast's YouTube challenges, it has been billed as the largest reality competition ever produced — the kind of thing that takes his internet spectacle and straps it to a studio-sized budget.
Season 2 has been topping U.S. charts, a recent episode called "The Survivor Takeover" hit the feed, and Season 3 is in production with returning contestants and the kind of oversized cash prizes this franchise lives on.
Why a movie makes sense (and why it might be wild)
If this jumps to theaters, expect the same logic as the show: bigger stunts, faster pacing, louder stakes. A feature would be the next escalation for a creator whose whole brand is pushing scale until it creaks. If Amazon signs off, that leap from record-smashing streamer to theatrical event could shake up how competitive reality plays on the big screen.
Quick status check

- He framed it as conditional: a go if Amazon is in.
- The show streams on Prime Video and was built with Amazon.
- It is described as the largest reality competition ever produced.
- Season 2 has been topping U.S. charts; a recent episode is titled "The Survivor Takeover."

Bottom line: the movie is not official. But MrBeast is clearly ready, the series is running hot, and if Amazon likes those "crazy ideas," we might see the internet’s biggest spectacle try to own a multiplex.
