Camille Grammer says ex-husband Kelsey Grammer sent a chilling post-split text: I feel no remorse for what I am doing.

If you watched RHOBH back in the day, you remember how messy Camille and Kelsey Grammer’s split got on camera. Now Camille’s filling in a brutal detail she says went down off-camera: the text she got from him when everything was falling apart.

'I feel no remorse for what I am doing.'

That’s the line Camille, 57, says came from Kelsey, 71, during their breakup. She shared it on the Monday, May 18 episode of Cynthia Bailey and Crystal Kung Minkoff’s podcast 'Humble Brag,' and yeah, it still stings for her. She says she was deeply in love, thought he was too, and remembers plenty of good years and fun times before it all blew up.

Where they stand now

According to Camille, they haven’t spoken in 14 years. There’s no real co-parenting either. She says Kelsey called their setup 'parallel parenting' — basically, each of them raising the kids on their own tracks without much coordination.

The family math

Camille and Kelsey share daughter Mason, 24, and son Jude, 21. Beyond that, Kelsey’s family tree is busy. Here’s the quick roll call:

  • Spencer, 42, with ex-wife Doreen Alderman
  • Greer, 34, with ex Barrie Buckner
  • With current wife Kayte Walsh: Faith, 13; Kelsey Gabriel, 11; Auden, 9; and Christopher, 7 months

How we got here

Camille and Kelsey married in 1997. In the early years, she was alongside him for the Frasier run, which wrapped in 2004. By 2010, they split — right as Camille joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as one of the original cast members. Season 1 captured their separation in real time. Their divorce was finalized in 2011, and Camille stayed on RHOBH for three years.

What Camille says she carried

She’s clear she didn’t cause his sobriety — that’s on him — but says she helped him keep it together and supported him through it, and it wasn’t easy. Post-divorce, she felt like he kept taking shots at her publicly until only a few years ago. In her words, he probably would’ve preferred she just fade out. She didn’t — and now, she says, she’s speaking up for herself.

Reality TV fallout

Camille also threw some empathy to any Housewife stuck navigating a divorce while filming, because the audience can be quick to rally behind the ex. She’s not claiming perfection for anyone, but she reminds people there are moms and kids in the middle of the drama.

Side note: Camille recently addressed the chatter that daughter Mason might be filming the Bravo spinoff 'Next Gen: LA.' No extra details there, just that she sees the rumors.
