Your guide to 'Go Team!' on Netflix—cast, plot, and release date
The dark comedy Go Team! has stacked its roster with some unexpected faces—just wait until you see who made the cut.
The offsite starts with icebreakers and ropes courses. Then word gets around: layoffs might be coming. Suddenly, the supposedly wholesome retreat for employees of Tío Mochales — a onetime cheese powerhouse that’s lost its shine — turns into a survival match, with coworkers jockeying to keep their jobs in Go Team!, a Spanish workplace comedy where trust falls give way to backstabbing.
The movie leans into the chaos of corporate anxiety: once “team-building” becomes “every person for themselves,” rivalries harden, alliances shift, and pettiness turns brutal. It ’s played for laughs, but the stakes feel very real to the folks stuck on that bus.
