Oblivious to Dad's Stardom

Apparently, starring in children's movies instantly earns you respect in the eyes of your children.

As for their dad, Hazel and Violet believed he was just an ordinary office clerk who got lucky by marrying a Hollywood star. This misconception led to a funny moment when a fan approached Krasinski while he was taking his daughters to school and praised him for his role in The Office. After the man walked away, one of the girls asked John if this was his co-worker, and when he said no, got really frustrated.

'Why are you lying to me?' she exclaimed. 'He just said he knows you from the office!'
