Amid reports Cardi B and Stefon Diggs are back together, Diggs’ former chef Mila Adams fired off a blistering Instagram warning, alleging the NFL star mistreated the rapper while she was pregnant.

So, yes, Stefon Diggs and Cardi B are apparently circling back to each other, and right on cue, Diggs' former chef jumped on Instagram with a pointed message aimed directly at Cardi. Messy timing, lots of history, and a couple of receipts. Here is the clean version.

What set this off: the IG video

On Monday, May 11, 2026, Mila Adams — the private chef who used to work for Diggs — posted a video saying Cardi knows exactly how Diggs treated her during and after pregnancy. Adams says people who have publicly defended him also know what went down, and she claims text messages back her up. She also says his behavior in the delivery room and after the baby was born was part of the pattern, and that the way he treated Cardi mirrored how he allegedly treated her.

In the caption, Adams wrote that she was put in a horrible situation and that nothing she said in court was aimed at Cardi. She added that Cardi knows she did not lie and insisted that what happened to Adams also happened to Cardi while Cardi was pregnant.

The timeline, quickly

  • November 2025: Diggs, 32, and Cardi, 33, welcome a son.
  • December 2025: Adams alleges Diggs assaulted her during a financial dispute.
  • January 2026: Cardi publicly defends Diggs in a now-deleted post on X.
  • Early February 2026: Cardi and Diggs split shortly before his New England Patriots play in the Super Bowl.
  • May 5, 2026: A trial ends with Diggs found not guilty of felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery.
  • May 11, 2026: Adams posts her Instagram video addressing Cardi. Us Weekly says it has reached out to reps for both Cardi and Diggs for comment.
  • That same Monday: Us Weekly reports Cardi and Diggs are giving things another shot.

Cardi's deleted post, verbatim

"Not once has that woman said anything to me about being touched.. NOT ONCE!! Mind you, we was talking every single day until she left that house and she JUST wrote me this.. but I’m gonna let the courts handle s**t and when it gets handled I want all yall talkin s*** on your f****n knees with apologies just as loud the way yall been harassing over a lie.. and I put that on my two month old son in the name of the lord!! That’s how confident I am."

So where are Cardi and Diggs now?

Us Weekly says the two are giving the relationship another go, but Cardi is not fully committing. The vibe, per their source: they have been in closer contact lately, things are no longer heated, and she still has feelings for him — which is making it harder to walk away completely.

Legal status, for the record

After Adams accused Diggs of assault tied to a money dispute, he was tried on charges of felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery. The jury found him not guilty on May 5, 2026. Adams has also previously said she and Diggs had a sexual relationship before she filed her lawsuit. Her new Instagram video is essentially her saying Cardi knows the truth about his behavior. And again: those are Adams' claims; the criminal case ended in an acquittal.
