Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora is speaking out after a court ordered her to vacate the Georgia marital home she shared with estranged husband Ralph Pittman by May 31, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Drew Sidora just addressed a judge ordering her to move out of the house she shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman. Yes, move out. And the timing and money details make this one feel very reality-TV divorce.

Where things stand right now

  • A Georgia judge ordered Sidora, 40, to vacate the marital home by May 31, according to court documents obtained Friday, April 10.
  • She and Pittman, 43, will share joint legal custody of their two kids: son Machai, 10, and daughter Aniya, 8. Sidora is also mom to Josiah, 15, from a previous relationship.
  • Because of what the judge called the current financial circumstance of the parties, Sidora has to keep splitting the household expenses until she leaves.
  • Her rep says this is a Second Temporary Order and the case is still in the middle of its final trial — in other words, not the last word on anything.

Drew speaks out

Sidora posted about it on X on Sunday, April 12, saying the divorce is not finalized and that she and Pittman are committed to co-parenting and doing what is best for their kids. She framed it as her focusing on what she can control — namely being present for her children and trying to move forward without drama.

'My children are my priority, and I am choosing to move forward with grace, growth, and intention.'

How we got here

If you have not been tracking every court filing: Sidora joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta in season 13 back in 2020. In February 2023, after eight years of marriage, Pittman filed for divorce — and she filed her own petition shortly after. Since then, it has been months of back-and-forth, including accusations of alleged infidelity and disputes over unpaid loans.

By last fall, they were still under the same roof. At BravoCon 2025 in November, Sidora told Us Weekly that Pittman was still living in the basement while they worked through the case. She even said she was supposed to be in her final trial that day, but the judge let her attend the event — a weirdly specific detail that tells you how long and messy this has been.

What to watch next

The move-out deadline is May 31 unless the court changes it, and the expense-splitting stays in place until then. The custody setup is joint legal custody for now. And because this is a temporary order in the middle of a final trial, expect more updates — and probably more paperwork — before anything is truly settled.

Also, yes, it is a twist that she has to keep paying for a place she has to leave. Very on-brand for a Bravo divorce, frankly.
