With Jin-man "dead," Babylon's killers converged on the house and the underground weapons mall, Murthehelp — all his enemies in one place, facing a niece he'd spent years secretly training. Ji-an survived the siege, killed the assassin Lee Seong-jo, and took over the shop. Which, it turns out, was the plan. So the real answer to "who killed the uncle" is: the uncle. And he made sure it didn't take.
