Animations that are nice to watch in early spring when you want romance.

The question "What is love?" is not easy to answer. There are different kinds of love in life, the possibilities are endless.

However, animation, with its ability to talk about even the most complex things, can be a clue for the seeker and a way to draw inspiration.

1. Whisper of the Heart, 1995

Every day, schoolgirl Shizuku Tsukishima runs to the library just before it opens, grabs a few books from the shelves, and immerses herself in reading. One day she realizes that all the books she has chosen have already been read by the same boy.

This is a story about the first love of two teenagers, awkward at times, but tender and honest. And about finding a favorite thing that will definitely come back to you if you put your heart and soul into it.

2. Wall-E, 2008

Due to an environmental disaster, humans have left Earth and temporarily evacuated to a spaceship. 700 years have passed. A megalopolis with skyscrapers made of compacted garbage – this is the city where a robot named Wall-E roams.

By day, he sorts through mountains of garbage; by night, he feeds a tame cockroach and watches his favorite musical alone. But when Eve, a new generation of robot, arrives on the planet to search for vegetation, Wall-E's life is turned upside down.

3. Your Name, 2016

Taki is a young man living in the center of bustling Tokyo. Mitsuha is a teenage girl from the provincial town of Itomori. The two have nothing in common until one day they begin to switch bodies.

They switch several times a week while they sleep. Mitsuha and Taki share two lives, substituting each other at home, at school, and even on dates. And soon both realize that they have developed feelings for a mysterious alter ego.

4. Jack and the Cuckoo-Clock Heart, 2013

Jack's heart turned to ice before he was born. A terrible blizzard broke out that day. But the boy was lucky enough to be born in the house of a witch who preferred an engineering workshop to boiling cauldrons and potion jars.

So instead of a heart, Jack got a cuckoo clock in his chest. There are three rules in his life that must not be forgotten: do not touch the hands of the clock, do not give in to your emotions, and never fall in love.

When Jack turns ten, he meets a young organ grinder and unwittingly breaks the first rule.
