Temptation Island Season 2: Who Stayed Together — And Who Didn’t
Temptation Island season 2 lived up to its name: split into separate villas and swarmed by bombshells, couples cracked under pressure as tempters and temptresses made their moves — and by the finale, only a few relationships were left standing.
Season 2 of Temptation Island did exactly what it says on the tin: split the couples, turn up the heat, and see who cracks. By the finale, only one pair walked out intact. Now that the cast sat down for a reunion chat on the Viall Files podcast in April 2026, here’s where everyone actually landed once the cameras stopped rolling.
-
Kaylee Needham and Summit Wallace
They left the villa together and, shocker in this franchise, they’re still together. Happily, too. They’re not rushing a move-in just yet, but they’re talking about it, and yes, there’s a dog in the near future.
"Not yet, but it’s coming," Summit said about moving in. Kaylee added that she feels "way more secure" now and can "look him in the eyes" and know he loves her "without a doubt."
Bottom line: they say they’ve found a healthy lane where they do a lot together but don’t feel codependent. Considering this show’s track record, that’s basically a miracle.
-
Jack Mason and Shyanne Blankenship
No twists here. They left the island single and have stayed that way. Jack called the split "mutual" during the reunion. Clean break, moving on.
-
Cole Mueller and Scarlett Bentley
Remember their final bonfire breakup? That didn’t stick. After filming, they circled back and are together now. Scarlett spelled it out at the reunion: "We’re together." Simple, direct, unexpectedly stable for two people who flamed out on TV.
-
Sydney McGregor and Mikey Bivens (and Xzavier Odom)
Messiest update of the bunch. Sydney left the island with Xzavier. Four days after the show wrapped, she got back together with Mikey. It felt great at first, then crashed because Mikey couldn’t stop bringing up what happened on the island. His words, not mine: he kept weaponizing it in arguments, knew it was unfair, and watched it tear Sydney down.
That reunion 2.0 lasted three months. Sydney says Mikey told her to forget the show and what she did, while he insisted his own bonfire footage was edited out of context. After they split again, they stopped talking entirely.
Since then, Sydney reached out to Xzavier, they grabbed coffee, and actually talked it all through. Current status: she’s single and focusing on herself, but back in friendly communication with Xzavier.
So, tally time: one couple stronger than ever (Kaylee/Summit), one pair officially back on (Cole/Scarlett), one clean breakup (Jack/Shyanne), and one love triangle that ended with a solo act (Sydney, with Xzavier back in the chat). Temptation Island is now streaming on Netflix.
