Scandals off the field, Noah Beck is back on screen: Tubi announced Thursday, May 7, that the 25-year-old will return for Sidelined 3 after scoring with The QB and Me (2024) and Intercepted (2025).

Noah Beck is keeping his Tubi acting streak alive, even while his family keeps grabbing headlines for all the wrong reasons. The streamer just locked the final chapter of its YA football-romance trilogy, and yes, Beck is back under center.

Tubi orders final 'Sidelined' movie

On Thursday, May 7, Fox Corporation's ad-supported streamer Tubi said it has officially greenlit 'Sidelined 3' and is moving it into production. It wraps the trilogy that started with 'The QB and Me' in 2024 and continued with 'Intercepted' in 2025.

Beck, 25, returns as USC quarterback Drayton Lahey. Siena Agudong is back as Dallas Bryan, and Charlie Gillespie (27) returns as Skyler. The third film jumps ahead two years: Drayton lands in New York City as a Heisman frontrunner, but the trip isn't just about football. Dallas is there too, building her career, figuring out her love life alongside Skyler, and generally not looking in the rearview.

"Sidelined 3" is the third and final installment in the hit YA franchise, officially greenlit as it heads into production.

Tubi's setup makes it pretty clear this chapter is as much about closure as it is about the big game: Drayton gets one shot to convince Dallas he isn't only chasing hardware — he's chasing the person who got away.

The off-field headlines

The movie news lands while Beck's family is facing serious allegations tied to his sister, Haley Beck, 27. In 2025, while teaching at Centennial High School, she allegedly groomed a student and later had a sexual relationship with him. The investigation reportedly started after the student turned 18, but officials say the grooming began when he was still underage.

According to Peoria Unified spokesperson Danielle Airey, an internal review concluded Haley groomed the student, which led the district to recommend her termination. Us Weekly says it reviewed an official Peoria Police Department report that included sexually explicit text messages allegedly exchanged between Haley and the student.

The Peoria Police Department also told Us that, as of Tuesday, May 5, it had completed a second interview tied to an alleged separate relationship with another student and is continuing to track down every lead.

There was also fallout involving Beck's mother, Amy Beck, who was placed on administrative leave in April from Coyote Hills Elementary School in Peoria, Arizona, after a resurfaced video appeared to show her simulating a sexual act with Noah. The district said the move was out of an abundance of caution. She was cleared to return on Monday, May 4.
