How the game actually works

The format is intentionally upside down. Rounds are themed like school — think quizzes, pop-culture tests, plus physical tasks — but 'winning' a round the normal way is bad. The smartest performer each time is shown the door, and the last celebrity left takes the crown as 'Nation's Dumbest'. Jack Whitehall hosts, and the whole thing plays more like a high-energy comedy experiment than a straight trivia show. Fox is clearly chasing a loud, watchable summer entry designed for meme-ready moments and, yes, a bit of humiliation.
