1. Mickey 17, 2025

In the near future, mankind colonizes the ice planet Niflheim. Friends Timo and Mickey, fleeing from creditors, sign up for the expedition.

Timo is a pilot, and Mickey is an expendable: he is sent on all dangerous missions, and in case of death, he is cloned and his memory is restored.

One day the system fails and the surviving clone number 17, returning to the base, meets the 18th clone. The characters of the clones are surprisingly different, but they are united by the goal of survival. However, the law forbids the simultaneous existence of two copies.

2. Slingshot, 2024

The spacecraft Odyssey 1 is on its way to Saturn's moon Titan. The crew, astronaut John, captain Franks and scientist Nash, are mostly in hibernation to survive the multi-year flight, waking up every 90 days to communicate with Earth and perform maintenance on the spacecraft.

During one of their awakenings, Nash discovers a malfunction and asks to abort the mission. The captain insists on continuing the flight on the set course.

Elsa and Franck are brother and sister with a strong emotional bond. But Franck disappeared during a space mission, and Elsa still can't get over the loss.

Sometimes she seems to hear her astronaut brother. And one day, the voice becomes so clear that the girl begins to respond.

Her brother tells her about the mysterious "they" and disappears. Now someone from outer space is talking to Elsa, giving her instructions that she must follow in order to see her brother again.

4. Alien: Romulus, 2024

Twenty years after the explosion of the space freighter Nostromo, a Weyland probe retrieves an organic object from the wreckage. A few months later, a group of adventurers hijacks a ship to escape a contract on a run-down planet.

Hoping to obtain cryosleep capsules for a long-distance flight, they dock with the abandoned space giant Romulus, a module of the Renaissance science station.

The capsules are intact, but when the adventurers reach them, they awaken facehuggers, artificially bred by the Renaissance scientists from biomaterial obtained from the ship destroyed by Ellen Ripley.

5. Dune: Part Two, 2024

After surviving the destruction of the Great House, Paul Atreides and Lady Jessica find refuge with the Fremen. Jessica becomes the new Reverend Mother of the tribe.

Paul passes the test of the Sandworm, proving his right to be an equal among the desert dwellers, and finds love in the form of the girl Chani, whom he has seen in visions more than once.

But the young duke refuses to accept the role of messiah the dune dwellers have prophesied for him. Meanwhile, House Harkonnen regains control of Arrakis and strengthens its alliance with the Emperor.
