Lisa Kudrow Reignites Speculation That An RHOBH Season 15 Scene Was Staged
On the May 11 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Lisa Kudrow stunned Andy Cohen and Bravo fans by dropping a sly theory about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 Italy trip.
Yes, that Lisa Kudrow. She dropped a tiny grenade on Watch What Happens Live and suddenly we are dissecting a mid-season RHOBH trip to Italy again. Andy Cohen did not see it coming, and honestly, neither did I.
Kudrow clocks a fan theory in five words
On the May 11 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen, 57, asked Lisa Kudrow, 62, if she still watches the Housewives. She said she does and immediately warned him he probably did not want her to get into Beverly Hills discourse on air. Then she did this:
'I am just going to say Black Mercedes sprinter twins. I caught that, I'm sorry.'
If you keep one eye on Bravo social media, you know exactly what she meant. The 'sprinter twins' line is about the matching black Mercedes Sprinter vans used on the cast trip in Italy and a moment that looked a little... produced.
The Italy van situation, quickly
- After a blowout fight in Italy, Dorit Kemsley, 49, stormed off and took the Sprinter van back to the villa, leaving Kyle Richards, 57, and Erika Jayne, 54, behind. Viewers later pointed out that the Uber Kyle and Erika supposedly called for themselves appeared to already be parked right next to the van Dorit left in — which made the 'we were stranded' beat look staged.
As of now, there is no official comment from Bravo on the Italy scene chatter.
Why tensions were already high
The Kyle–Dorit friendship has been wobbling all season, partly because both were dealing with major personal changes. Kyle separated from Mauricio Umansky in July 2023. Dorit and PK Kemsley announced their separation in May 2024. The distance between them was already there before the Italy trip blew the lid off.
The reunion: power rumors, denied
At the season 15 reunion, the cast actually addressed a rumor that always floats around Beverly Hills: that Kyle supposedly has the pull to decide who stays or goes on the show. Dorit said that people think Kyle has that power and added that Erika thinks so too. Kyle laughed it off, basically saying that if she could eject Housewives at will, a bunch of folks would have been gone ages ago, and she even jokingly warned Andy to 'watch your step.'
Jennifer Tilly chimed in to ask about a familiar name in this rumor mill: Camille Grammer. Did Kyle block Camille from returning? Kyle said that is not true. Dorit even backed Kyle up, quipping that if Kyle really had that kind of control, Dorit herself would not be there.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 is now streaming on Peacock.
