Disney+ lands Super Bowl LXI, airing on Valentine’s Day 2027
Your Valentine’s Day 2027 just found its third wheel: Super Bowl LXI will be live streamed—on a platform you might not have penciled in.
ESPN’s first Super Bowl telecast will be everywhere you already watch its games: live on Disney+ with simultaneous coverage on ESPN and ABC. The NFL confirmed that Super Bowl LXI is set for Sunday, February 14, 2027 —Valentine’s Day—with U.S. Disney+ subscribers able to stream the main broadcast feed alongside the traditional TV airing. A Spanish-language option will be available on ESPN Deportes.

The game will be called by Joe Buck and Troy Aikman, with Lisa Salters and Laura Rutledge reporting from the sidelines. Internationally, Disney+ plans to carry ESPN’s Super Bowl feed in more than 55 markets, with ESPN’s linear channels distributing the game broadly worldwide.

More football on Disney+ before kickoff
To warm up fans ahead of the big game, Disney+ will also stream two regular-season Monday Night Football matchups. First up: the Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles on Monday, October 26 (Week 7). A second MNF game will be announced later.
Those MNF broadcasts will still air on ESPN, ABC and ESPN Deportes, while Disney+ will offer streaming access with both English and Spanish commentary for subscribers. The Super Bowl presentation on Disney+ will mirror the standard ESPN/ABC telecast.
Disney and the NFL said additional details, including pregame coverage and alternate presentations, will roll out closer to game day. The second MNF streaming matchup on Disney+ is still to come.
