Could Manifest Star Josh Dallas Be Headed to Justin Hartley’s CBS Hit Tracker?
After reuniting with Manifest costar Melissa Roxburgh on NBC’s The Hunting Party, Josh Dallas hints at whether their next team-up could be on Justin Hartley’s hit Tracker, where Roxburgh plays Hartley’s onscreen sister.
Manifest alums keep crossing paths. Josh Dallas just popped up alongside Melissa Roxburgh on NBC's The Hunting Party, and now he is very down to jump into Justin Hartley's CBS hit Tracker too. Like, tomorrow.
Dallas on doing Tracker: no hedging
"100 percent. I'd love if Justin would have me. I'd be there in a second."
That was Dallas, to Us Weekly, during a joint chat with Roxburgh. He is already a fan of Tracker, and considering Roxburgh plays Hartley's sister on the show, the math is not hard here.
Where they just reunited
Dallas and Roxburgh recently shared the screen on The Hunting Party, NBC's thriller Roxburgh has headlined since 2025. It was a clean little Manifest reunion in a very different vibe: profiling, psychology, and nasty-case-of-the-week killers instead of callings and time-mysteries.
Tracker 101 (and the Shaw family situation)
- Tracker premiered on CBS in February 2024.
- Justin Hartley plays Colter Shaw, a survivalist who roams the country solving mysteries.
- Hartley is also an executive producer, which is how the show keeps landing splashy guests: Melissa Roxburgh, Sofia Pernas, Jensen Ackles, Jennifer Morrison, and more.
- Roxburgh is Dory Shaw, Colter's sister. Ackles is Russell Shaw, Colter's brother. A full Shaw sibling episode feels inevitable... in theory.
In practice, the timing has been tricky. When Tracker season 2 went into production, Ackles lined up several other gigs and Roxburgh was leading The Hunting Party, which makes scheduling a proper Shaw family reunion a moving target. That said, the interest is there on all sides: Dallas is game, and back in February 2025, Roxburgh called the Tracker set warm and easy thanks to Hartley, said she had a blast the first time, and made it clear she would love to go back.
Roxburgh's lane right now
For the moment, Roxburgh is focused on The Hunting Party, which has gotten a bump after hitting Netflix in addition to its NBC run. She has talked about wanting something totally different post-Manifest, and this is it: less sci-fi chaos, more behavioral profiling and mind games with very singular killers.
The nuts and bolts
The Hunting Party airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC. New episodes stream on Peacock the next day.
