What the series covers
Rather than running through only the famous fights, the show zeroes in on Ali as a husband, father, brother, and son — the private choices and relationships that shaped the public legend. It ’s an angle Hollywood hasn’t fully explored since big-screen retellings like Will Smith’s 2001 film Ali, and the involvement of Ali’s widow signals a close-to-the-family perspective.
