Carey Hart toasts Pink on Mother’s Day 2026, posting a sweet Instagram of her with Willow, 14, and Jameson, 8, and praising her as an amazing mom.

Carey Hart used Mother 's Day to do what most of us do: brag about the mom in the house. Only in his case, the mom is Pink, and their kid is literally clocking hours on tour and angling for Broadway.

The Mother's Day toast

On Sunday, May 10, Hart, 50, posted a photo of Pink, 46, with their two kids - Willow, 14, and Jameson, 8 - and wrote the kind of message that earns you permanent brownie points.

"Happy Mother's Day @pink. The kids are so lucky to have an amazing mother in you. Raising some amazing humans who will change the world."

Pink and Hart have been married since 2006, and the family recently picked up and moved to New York City. Which, as you'll see, was not just a vibe change.

Why they moved to NYC

Back in March on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Pink said they relocated so Willow could dive into theater and soak up Broadway. She joked that they moved because she's an amazing mom, but the plan is pretty straightforward: get her daughter as close to the action as possible. They've been making the rounds too - Pink stepped out with Willow for the 'Lost Boys' Broadway premiere, and there have been a lot of ticket stubs in this family lately.

Willow's goals: Broadway now, med school later

Pink told People in 2024 that Willow is deep into musical theater. The twist: Willow wants to do Broadway and then become a trauma surgeon. Ambitious? Yep. Pink's all in, encouraging her to go for it and pointing out that the kid's got real pipes.

The tour job (and the pay negotiation)

Willow doesn't just watch from the wings. On Today in 2023, Pink explained that her daughter actually has a job on tour. That meant a lesson in paychecks: minimum wage rules shift state to state, so they settled on roughly 22.50 dollars per show depending on how long mom runs. Willow tried to make the math easier by offering to take 20. Pink, ever the manager, countered with 25 and called it a better deal and better math. Not exactly what they teach in business school, but it works.

Pink is hosting the 2026 Tony Awards

In June, Pink is taking the stage at the Tonys - and no, she's never been on Broadway herself. In a press release last month, she laid out why this gig matters to her.

"It is the honor of an entire lifetime to host a night celebrating the literal hardest working people in showbiz. Broadway has shaped my life and how I put my own shows together - it is a community that is supportive, and inclusive, and full of talent and love. These people give magic every single day, and I cannot wait to celebrate them with the entire world."

Pink also admitted she checked with Willow first about hosting - mom wanted permission from the family's resident theater critic. The verdict: Willow was thrilled to have a ticket, which means Pink is both excited and slightly terrified, because pleasing a teen who lives for musicals is not for the faint of heart.

So yeah, Mother's Day shoutouts are nice. But moving to New York, stacking up playbills, giving your kid a real tour job, and then hosting the Tonys? That's how you rack up cool mom points in one year.
