Bravo Probes Summer House Reunion Taping Leak
Bravo has launched an official probe into an alleged audio leak from the Summer House season 10 reunion taping, calling it a serious breach of trust and disrespect for the cast, crew and the production’s integrity.
If you thought the Summer House reunion was going to be messy on its own, surprise: it just spilled into real life. Bravo is now investigating an alleged audio leak from the season 10 taping, and everyone involved is (understandably) furious.
What leaked, and why Bravo is not playing
Alleged audio from Thursday night’s reunion taping in New York City hit social media only hours after the cast wrapped. In what sounds like a key moment, Ciara Miller confronts Amanda Batula, 34, about quietly dating West Wilson, 31, after months of public denials. For what it’s worth, Ciara, 30, and Amanda were seated on opposite sides of Andy Cohen during the shoot, so the tension was literally on both sides of the stage.
Bravo called the leak a serious breach of trust and disrespectful to the cast, crew, and the production process. The network says it has launched a full investigation and will take action once they figure out what happened.
Andy Cohen is livid (and also headed to eye surgery)
On Friday, after a fan told him to avoid social media for a minute, Andy checked in on Threads from the way to eye surgery and made it clear he’s not shrugging this off.
"People laid their souls out emotionally for ten hours yesterday and it’s disgusting and illegal for someone to leak or distribute this. It’s disrespectful to the work and tears the cast put in yesterday. Let the season play out. You will see it all in due time."
Earlier, right after taping, Andy said this reunion ranks among the most intense he has ever hosted — and he’s done well over a hundred of these. He also promised nothing about the Amanda/West timeline was left unasked.
The triangle (square?) everyone is dissecting
Amanda and West took the Bravoverse by surprise on March 31 when they confirmed they’re dating. It was a curveball because Amanda and Kyle Cooke, 43, announced their separation back in January, and West previously dated Ciara in 2023. In a joint statement, Amanda and West said they waited to say anything because the dynamics were complicated and they wanted to process privately. They stressed their connection grew out of a long friendship and that hurting anyone was never the goal.
After that, the two largely went quiet online — and then were spotted kissing at a Yankees game on April 17. West later used his Show Me Something podcast to draw a line in the sand about the timeline, insisting on April 20 that there was no overlap with the end of Amanda and Kyle’s marriage and that everyone involved was single. Ciara, speaking to Glamour on April 17, said dealing with the fallout publicly — while season 10 is still airing — has been brutal, calling it a major head trip.
One more wrinkle: before reunion day, Kyle had joked about there being consequences for lying. Not subtle.
How we got here, fast
- January: Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke announce their separation.
- 2023: West Wilson dates Ciara Miller.
- March 31: Amanda and West confirm they are dating, say they waited to speak because the situation was complicated.
- April 17: Amanda and West are seen kissing at a New York Yankees game; the same day, Ciara tells Glamour the situation has been emotionally rough to live through in public.
- April 20 (Monday): West says on his Show Me Something podcast there was no overlap and that everyone was single.
- April 23 (Thursday): Summer House season 10 reunion tapes in NYC; Andy calls it one of the most intense he’s ever done and says every question about the Amanda/West timeline was asked.
- Hours later: Alleged reunion audio surfaces on social media.
- April 24 (Friday): Bravo launches an official investigation; Andy blasts the leak on Threads, calling it disgusting, illegal, and disrespectful.
Bottom line
The reunion was already primed to be raw and emotional. Now there’s a full-on behind-the-scenes mess on top of it. Expect Bravo to hunt down the source of the leak, and expect the cast to have a lot more to say when the reunion actually airs.
Summer House airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
