Below Deck's Trevor Walker Hit With DUI Charge After Second Arrest This Year
Below Deck alum Trevor Walker was arrested for the second time this year after an alleged DUI, taken into custody by the Escambia County Sheriff's Office on Monday, March 30 — and Us Weekly obtained his mugshot.
I wish I could tell you this was about a Below Deck comeback, but nope. It is, once again, about an alum getting booked. Trevor Walker was arrested for the second time this year, this time on a felony DUI, and the timeline is messy enough that it needs a little untangling.
What happened this week
Walker was taken into custody by the Escambia County Sheriff's Office on Monday, March 30, 2026, and released the next day, Tuesday, March 31. He has a court date set for late April.
- Arresting agency: Escambia County Sheriff's Office (Florida)
- Date of arrest: Monday, March 30, 2026
- Released: Tuesday, March 31, 2026
- Charges: driving on a suspended license, committing a moving traffic violation, felony DUI, and a separate misdemeanor theft charge
- Next court date: late April 2026
The recent history that led here
This is not coming out of nowhere. Two months ago, Walker was booked for larceny. Before that, he was arrested in 2024 for a misdemeanor DUI. He was found guilty, sentenced in May 2024, and his probation wrapped in February 2025. So yes, a DUI in 2024, probation done in early 2025, and now two more arrests in 2026. Not a great pattern.
Reminder: who Trevor was on Below Deck
Fans will remember Walker from Below Deck season 4. He showed up as a senior deckhand, clashed with the crew, got demoted by bosun Kelley Johnson, and was ultimately fired by Captain Lee Rosbach. He hasn't been back on the franchise since.
The franchise context (because this show has branches like a family tree)
Below Deck launched in 2013 and has turned into a small TV empire: Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Below Deck Down Under, and Below Deck Adventure. It's a lot of yacht drama, and every so often, some real-world legal drama too.
Another alum who made headlines: Kyle Dickard
Since we're here, a quick refresher on Below Deck Adventure alum Kyle Dickard, who was arrested in 2022 after running onto a soccer field and, according to authorities, trying to bribe his way out of the mess. Court docs say he left the stands, got grabbed by security, resisted, was tackled, then tried to sprint back onto the field before being arrested.
The arrest report says his stunt "caused the crowd to become unruly" and "incited several others to run onto the field."
Dickard did not seem particularly bothered. He posted on Instagram at the time: "How it started vs. How it ended ... I would of scored if I had a belt on...js," along with footage of the run and his mugshot. He was released the same month on a $7,500 bond.
Bottom line
Walker's latest arrest stacks onto a growing list of legal issues, and given the felony DUI charge alongside the theft count, his late-April court date is the one to watch. If you were hoping for a redemption arc, this is not it.
