After a busy year, is Anne Hathaway chasing a Jurassic World movie with Scarlett Johansson?

During a chat on Good Morning Britain, Anne Hathaway didn’t play coy about the dino-sized franchise she’d jump into next. Asked about teaming up with Scarlett Johansson , Hathaway volunteered herself for the next Jurassic World outing — emphasis on volunteered. There’s no deal or casting in place; this was her putting the idea out there on live TV.

"If Scarlett wants to have a brunette sidekick I'm completely down, in Jurassic World or any other time Scarlett would like to work together," she said.

Hathaway’s comments arrive as the Johansson-led relaunch of the Jurassic franchise continues to take shape. According to Variety’s reporting, a follow-up to Johansson’s dino adventure is already being developed, with Johansson, Mahershala Ali and Jonathan Bailey expected to return, and original Jurassic Park screenwriter David Koepp in the mix to write the script.

Per that report, the studio is aiming to start production in 2027 .
