These vampires may be dangerous, but most of all, they are funny.

The first episodes of the final season of What We Do in the Shadows have been released on FX. The main comedy about vampires is coming to an end, which means it's time to prepare and fill the void.

And these five bloodsucking comedies are just perfect for that.

1. Vamps, 2012

Vampires Goody and Stacy live in the same Manhattan apartment, working the night shift and studying. Goody became a vampire in the 1840s and Stacy in the 1990s. Despite their age difference, they have found each other and now drink mouse blood, avoid touching people, and attend Vampire Anonymous meetings.

Everything changes when Stacy falls in love with her classmate Joey, the son of vampire killer Dr. Van Helsing. Soon Stacy becomes pregnant, and Goody realizes that the only way to save the child is to kill the vampire who turned both of them.

2. Dracula: Dead and Loving It, 1995

In search of new blood, Count Dracula moves from his Transylvanian castle to Victorian London with his assistant Renfield. They choose two beautiful girls as their victims: Mina and her best friend, Lucy.

Dracula charms Mina, but when Mina's strict fiancé, Jonathan, notices the bride's strange behavior, he turns to his mentor, the vampire hunter Van Helsing, for help.

3. Renfield, 2023

Renfield is a loyal servant of Count Dracula, who has spent decades looking after his master and finding victims for him to feed. After an unsuccessful skirmish with vampire hunters, he and his wounded boss are forced to move to New Orleans, where Renfield suddenly realizes it is time for him to get out from under the legendary bloodsucker's shadow.

But before he can start living his own life, he must first contend with bloodthirsty local criminals and Dracula himself. And the latter is in no hurry to let go of his valuable employee.

4. Vampires vs. the Bronx, 2020

A mysterious corporation arrives in the Bronx and begins buying up local businesses. The owners happily agree to large payments and easily leave their home neighborhood. Only Miguel suspects something is amiss.

When a white-skinned, sharp-toothed stranger brutally kills a familiar criminal in front of him, he gathers his friends Bobby and Luis to investigate the suspicious company's activities. Soon the boys discover that vampires have appeared in the Bronx.

5. Once Bitten, 1985

The Countess has lived on Earth for centuries, preserving her youth thanks to the blood of virgin men. Finding suitable prey is increasingly difficult these days, so she is delighted to meet young Mark. He can't wait to lose his virginity, but his beloved girlfriend Robin is in no hurry to help him.

So he happily agrees to spend time with the luxurious Countess, who invites him to her home. The next morning, the guy can barely remember what happened the night before, until he starts showing unusual symptoms: a thirst for blood, fangs, and a fear of sunlight.
