Who is still together from The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On? Every couple, checked in on in 2026
With season 4 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On landing on Netflix on July 15, 2026, it's a good moment to run the numbers on the first three seasons — and the scoreboard is stranger than the show's reputation suggests. Nine couples have gotten married. One entire season produced zero.
Here's every couple, season by season, as of summer 2026.
Season 1 (2022): four weddings out of six couples
- Madlyn Ballatori & Colby Kissinger — married on camera in the finale; three kids, with a fourth boy due September 2026. They hit five years of marriage in May 2026.
- Alexis Maloney & Hunter Parr — got engaged by episode 3 and skipped the trial marriages entirely; married June 18, 2022. After two years of IVF, twins Sophia and Christian arrived in January 2026.
- Shanique Brown & Randall Griffin — engaged in the finale, split for six months, re-engaged in July 2023, married in Texas in May 2025. They marked anniversary No. 1 with matching tattoos of the wedding date.
- Lauren Pounds & Nate Ruggles — married October 2022; son Hudson born June 2024.
- April Melohn & Jake Cunningham — split. April went on to start a family with boyfriend Cody Cooper.
- Rae Williams & Zay Wilson — split, and Rae's brief post-show thing with Jake fizzled before the reunion.
"It 's just hard to believe that our marriage started the way it did," Madlyn wrote on Instagram in 2026, per People.
Season 2 (2023): the strongest batting average
All four couples who reached decision day engaged are now married.
Ryann McCracken and James Morris wed in 2023 and have two kids, Sunny and Sullivan — the second born July 2026.

Kat Shelton and Alex Chapman married in May 2024 and welcomed a daughter in June 2026, after a miscarriage the year before.
Trey Brunson and Riah Nelson had daughter Lailanni in December 2023 and married in Mexico in July 2025.
Antonio Mattei and Roxanne Kaiser did a courthouse ceremony in October 2024 and a proper celebration in January 2025 — Roxanne has called year one their most challenging yet, but they're still in it.
The fifth couple, Lisa Horne and Brian Okoye, announced a pregnancy around the reunion and have kept their status offline since.

Season 3 (2024): a clean sweep in the other direction
Nobody made it. Caleb Lefterys and Mariah Zernik got engaged in the finale and planned a summer 2026 destination wedding — then split, and in April 2026 Mariah announced she's expecting a baby with boyfriend Jacob Craig.
Aria De'Westbrooks called off Scotty Lewis's proposal one day after accepting it. Sandy Gallagher and Nick Tramontin broke up on decision day, with Nick later revealing at the reunion that he'd gone to rehab. Zaina Sesay and J.R. Warren also walked away separately, and Micah & Chanel and Dave & Vanessa had already pulled out mid-experiment.
Season 4 (2026): the fastest wedding in franchise history
Casey Douglass and David Atkinson got engaged in the finale, picked up a marriage license on the way to the reunion taping, and asked host Nick Lachey — who happens to be ordained in California — to marry them on camera. He did. A bigger celebration in Italy is planned for September 2026.
For the record: that's nine marriages and at least ten babies from a show whose entire premise is an engagement deadline delivered as a threat.
