On the eve of the Summer House season 10 reunion, West Wilson brushed off his leaked nudes as the least of his worries—and says he’s owning the fallout.

Well, this is a mess. 'Summer House' star West Wilson says his nudes leaked online literally as he was heading into the season 10 reunion taping. He unpacked the whole thing on his 'Show Me Something' podcast on Tuesday, May 5, and somehow managed to crack jokes between the panic.

West, 31, did not downplay it, but he also did not spiral. He said the photos were old, from his previous apartment, and came out of a routine where he would hop out of his bathroom-adjacent sauna and snap progress pics. He also made it clear these were not, in his view, sexy shots.

'They are not even sexual. They look medical. I'm soft in all of them.'

He told his cohost, Sophie Cunningham, he has no idea who leaked them. He also asked listeners not to share or hunt for them and, if they spot them, to report them. His words: do not leak people's nudes or hack people's s*** — it's not fun. He admitted he was laughing on mic because if he didn't, he'd cry. And yes, he even tried to spin it into a joke: maybe there's a Manscaped deal in his future.

The timing could not have been worse

The morning of the reunion taping, West says he woke up to find his Instagram and Facebook had been hacked. Then, right before he walked on stage — as in, five seconds before — he learned the photos were out in the wild. His first thought was basically, Motherf***er. From there, he figured, well, at least the worst day of his life had already started. Again: if you see the pics, he wants you to report them.

Meanwhile, the reunion is going to be a lot

On the same episode, West talked about the reunion itself — which is set to air later this month — and the fallout bubbling around him. In his words, he's hurt people he considers friends, it sucks, and it's going to take time. Reunions, he added, are not fun, but getting through this one was at least a step.

If you follow the show, you know why this is extra messy: West and Amanda Batula confirmed in late March that they're dating. Amanda is currently estranged from her husband and fellow castmate Kyle Cooke. On top of that, West previously dated Ciara Miller, who is one of Amanda's best friends. That web explains why he called the reunion the darkest kind of therapy — you do not usually get that much live feedback on how your choices land with other people.

  • Podcast timing: Tuesday, May 5, on 'Show Me Something' with cohost Sophie Cunningham
  • The leak: Older nude selfies taken post-sauna at his former apartment
  • The hack: He says both his Instagram and Facebook were compromised the morning of the reunion
  • The moment: He found out about the photos about five seconds before stepping on stage
  • The ask: Do not share the pics; report them if you see them
  • The vibe: Trying to laugh so he does not cry; a joking nod to a future Manscaped partnership
  • The reunion: Airs later this month; he says he caused damage among friends and it'll take time
  • The relationship tangle: Dating Amanda Batula (confirmed late March) while she's estranged from Kyle Cooke; West previously dated Ciara Miller, one of Amanda's best friends

Where his head is now

West says the only way any of this becomes worth something is if he comes out of it better. He knows he's got a lot to learn, wants to own what he can, and hopes whatever he does next turns the whole situation — leaks, hacks, reunion shrapnel and all — into something he can use to be better later.
