Tristan Thompson Says His Kids' Moms Are Closer Than You Think
After years of drama, Tristan Thompson says the mothers of his children — including Khloé Kardashian — have made peace and become a blended family, staying in touch and sharing contact info, as he revealed on The Katie Miller Podcast.
Tristan Thompson popped up on a podcast and, in a rare bit of candor, said the mothers of his kids are all on good terms now. Given his tabloid track record, that is not nothing.

On a new episode of The Katie Miller Podcast, the 35-year-old NBA vet said everyone involved is communicating, everyone has each other's number, and everyone's focused on the same thing: the kids. He framed it as a grown-up reset — they're tied together no matter what, their kids are siblings who will be in each other's lives for a long time, and the parents have agreed to keep it smooth. He kept calling their setup a tight, supportive tribe, said co-parenting has been great, and even gave a shout-out to the moms for making his life easier.
Quick refresher on how we got here
He started dating Khloe Kardashian, now 41, in 2016 after splitting from Jordan Craig — while Craig was expecting their son, Prince (now 9).
Khloe and Tristan welcomed daughter True in 2018. Days before True was born, Tristan was caught cheating with multiple women. They stayed together for a bit, then split in 2019 after he kissed Jordyn Woods (Kylie Jenner's then–best friend).
By August 2020, Khloe and Tristan gave it another shot. Less than a year later, they were done again. They briefly reconciled in late 2021 — and then it imploded for good when Tristan fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. At the same time, Khloe and Tristan already had a surrogate pregnant with their second child together, son Tatum (now 3).
Tristan later posted an Instagram apology, taking responsibility, saying he would co-parent amicably with Nichols after paternity was established, and apologizing to anyone he hurt — specifically calling out Khloe and acknowledging she didn't deserve the repeated public mess.
The current vibe
Now, he says everyone's on the same page and it's mostly about logistics. With four kids close in age, he leans on a schedule and says the best part is that the siblings actually like hanging out together. He praised each of his kids on the podcast — notably without mentioning Theo by name — and didn't shut the door on having more someday, saying he's open if that's how life plays out.
