Tom Holland, Zendaya Reveal the Sweet Nicknames Only Family Calls Them

Asked what their inner circle actually calls them, Zendaya went straight for a family classic — and the story behind it. Her brothers, she said, still use the nickname that stuck from day one.

"My brothers call me Big Head because I have a big head,"

She laughed as she clarified it’s not about ego; a doctor even measured her head twice when she was born because they thought the first reading couldn’t be right.

From there, she ran through the names that rotate depending on who’s around: family often goes with “Marie” (her middle name), plenty of friends shorten it to “Daya”, and the little ones in her life know her as “Auntie Daya”.

Tom Holland followed suit during the same Heart interview, noting that even “Tom” isn’t the whole story.

"People call me T,"

he said, adding that “Tommy” is a name he hears only from people who know him really well — a claim that genuinely surprised Zendaya, who joked she’d never once heard anyone call him that. The trio even mock “fact-checked” him on the spot before moving on.
