On a KISS radio stop while promoting Spider- Man: Brand New Day , Tom Holland was handed a soccer manager’s clipboard and told to build his dream Marvel lineup. He didn’t hesitate on his first pick, slotting in the Avengers ’ steady hand to anchor the side.
“Captain America would be on the team… endless fitness, strength, level head.”
Pressed on who he’d unleash off the bench, Holland went right back to Queens.
“You know, I would probably bring Peter Parker in, he’d be a great super sub.”
And if he had to cut someone from the squad entirely? The lifelong Tottenham Hotspur supporter — who’s joked that backing Spurs might be “one of the worst decisions” he ever made — wasn’t about to turn on his heroes.

According to an alleged post-credits leak tied to Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the stinger zeroes in on Ned’s Spidey Tracker app. It reportedly pings Peter in Queens, glitches, zooms out beyond Earth, and then flags him as off-planet.
The same leak claims the card “Spider-Man will return” appears without naming Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars, a choice fans have read as Marvel keeping its cards close. Holland has not been confirmed for Doomsday, leaving room for theories that his Spidey could reappear later in Secret Wars — and possibly far from home, if that off-world tease holds.
