Sullivan's Crossing Season 5: when it premieres, who's back, and what's changing
Off the back of The CW’s latest scheduling update, Sullivan’s Crossing has pencilled in a return window and teased filming plans and returning cast — particulars remain under wraps.
Production on Sullivan’s Crossing Season 5 is locked in: cameras are slated to roll in Nova Scotia from Aug. 25 to Dec. 11, 2026 . The plan from partners The CW (U.S.) and CTV (Canada) is a Spring 2027 launch — targeting March or April — for a new run of 10 episodes.
The Season 4 finale teed up what’s next: Cal got down on one knee, and Tracy arrived looking for a home. While official plot details aren’t out yet, expect Maggie and Cal to navigate what it means to become Tracy’s foster family — and how that reshapes their relationship and day-to-day life at the Crossing.
For anyone catching up, the drama — drawn from Robyn Carr’s novels — follows neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan, who returned to her coastal hometown after a career scandal, mended family ties and found a fresh start with Cal Jones.
