Robby Hoffman Jokes She’s the Boy in Her Marriage to Gabby Windey

Robby Hoffman went on a podcast and casually confirmed what anyone who has watched her with Gabby Windey already suspects: she picks up the tab and she likes it that way. Also, if you spot them on a plane, do not expect to catch them in row 32.

On the Tuesday, April 28 episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the 36-year-old comedian joked that she is the one who pays most of the time and that it feels weird when someone else treats her. Solo trips, she keeps low-key. Add her wife, and she flips the switch to full-on splurge. She even painted the picture: the two of them syncing up their in-flight movie at the same time because yes, of course they do.

Hoffman called Windey a first-class woman, in spirit and in seat assignment, and said it just feels wrong to park the Traitors winner in the back of the plane. She also cracked that seeing them in economy would ruin the vibe for people rooting for them, like it would make the whole hard-work-equals-reward myth look busted.

How they got here

• They started dating in 2023. Before Robby, Windey was engaged to Erich Schwer after The Bachelorette season 19.
• Two years later, they quietly tied the knot in Las Vegas. The timing was wild in its own right: they had just evacuated their home during the California wildfires in January 2025 and decided to elope. In a March 2025 Cosmopolitan interview, Robby said they landed in a very extra hotel room with soaring ceilings and a separate bedroom and living room, looked around, and Gabby was the one who floated getting married. Robby had been ready to propose since basically week three, but Gabby wanted it to be her idea when it felt right, and it did.
• Windey has since called the wedding the single best thing and even teased marriage plans on The Traitors finale.
• By December 2025, on Josh Peck and Ben Soffer's Good Guys podcast, Robby was still riding the high. She joked that maybe straight couples move in later, so the first year of marriage is their real dating. For her and Gabby, they did all that work while they were dating, so year one felt easy, like they were already home.
