The BBC documentary Jared Leto: Hollywood ’s Dark Secret features accounts from 10 women describing their experiences with the actor and musician between 2002 and 2016, according to the film. Nine of those women speak publicly for the first time. The program also includes two people who worked with Thirty Seconds to Mars, who say staff felt uncomfortable with Leto’s interactions with teenage girls. The BBC reports that four women allege inappropriate sexual conduct when they were underage.

After the documentary’s release, Leto denied the claims in a statement issued through his publicist.

“I have never s******* assaulted anyone in my entire life. These claims are absolutely and categorically false.”

Most recently, he appeared as Skeletor in Amazon MGM’s Masters of the Universe . Puck News reported Leto earned more than $5 million for the role, including promotion; that figure has not been confirmed by Amazon MGM or by Leto.
