Kim Zolciak just answered back after ex-husband Kroy Biermann asked a Georgia court for full custody of their four kids. He filed on Monday, and if you thought this divorce was cooling off, it is not.
What Kroy is asking for
Biermann, 40, is seeking full custody of the former couple's four minor children. In his filing on March 30, he questions Zolciak's parenting, claiming she was out of the country for weeks at a time and alleging that one of their kids was bitten by a dog while in her care. He also characterizes her recent behavior as serious lapses in basic parenting — the kind of thing he says would sound unbelievable unless you knew the situation. Not a small accusation, and yes, a dog bite even gets a mention.
Kim pushes back
"These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character."
Zolciak says she was away for five weeks because she was working on two TV shows to support the family, and she is not apologizing for that. She adds that she will not be bullied, insists the truth is on her side, and says it will come out — no matter who tries to bury it.
Where this divorce sits
The two split in mid-2023 after 11 years of marriage, and it's been contentious ever since. Earlier chapters included Zolciak accusing Biermann of stalking and asking a judge to put him in jail.
