Hailey Bieber gets real about the joys and jitters of raising her son with Justin Bieber, telling Interview Magazine that watching him grow in real time is the ultimate high—even as the new-parent worries never really let up.

Hailey Bieber just gave one of her more candid check-ins since becoming a mom, and it swings from sweet to sobering fast: big joy, real fear, tiny activism, and a little hint that baby No. 2 is not a terrifying thought anymore.

The good stuff: watching a person come online

In a Q&A published Tuesday, April 14 by Interview Magazine, the 29-year-old talks about the best part of life with her and Justin Bieber's son, Jack Blues, who arrived in August 2024. The short version: she is obsessed with the day-to-day changes. She says the rush comes from seeing him discover everything for the first time, and feeling like she gets to discover it all over again with him. It is the kind of new-parent sentiment that sounds cliche until you are living it.

The hard part: the world is a lot right now

Hailey does not sugarcoat the anxiety side of the job either. She says she worries every day about the world Jack is going to inherit. Her read on the bigger picture is blunt: things feel scary and bleak. Her plan, for now, is to control what she can — give him a loving, grounded home — and hang onto some faith that the rest will sort out. If you have had a doom-scroll at 2 a.m., that probably tracks.

The Grammys pin that got everyone talking

Right before this interview dropped, Hailey and Justin hit the 2026 Grammys red carpet wearing matching 'ICE OUT' pins. She calls it a tiny gesture inside a massive, messy national conversation, but still worth doing. She also admits that plenty of people, including her, do not always know exactly how to say the right thing — which is honest, and frankly relatable.

'Injustice is injustice, and when you have a voice to speak up for people who can't, it's very important to do that.'

Parenthood learning curve, and a maybe-kinda future sibling

She has been open about the shock-to-the-system part of parenting before. Back in November 2025, on her GQ cover, she said nothing anyone tells you can really prepare you until you are in it. Now, with some miles logged, she says she feels much more ready to do it again compared to how unprepared she felt the first time. There is still a ton of unknowns — that is the job — but she is clearly less intimidated by them.
