Casually dating, Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein take their office romance into real life
Two Office Romance co-stars are reportedly keeping things casual offscreen.
They were spotted arriving at and leaving the same Los Angeles party on October 16, reportedly sharing a car but slipping into the event separately. And while neither has said anything publicly, a source told Page Six that Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein are seeing each other — emphasis on low-key.
“The one thing they have in common is they both enjoy going out to parties and restaurants. Unlike her ex Ben [Affleck] who always had a scowl on his face when they were out,” the source said.
The two connected while making the Netflix romantic comedy Office Romance , where they play each other’s love interest. Their on-screen chemistry fueled speculation during the press tour, but both had previously brushed off the idea that anything was happening off camera; this latest report frames it as “casual” rather than anything official.
The timing comes after Lopez’s marriage to Ben Affleck ended — they wed in 2022, she filed for divorce in August 2024, and it was finalized in January 2025. Affleck, in a recent Variety interview, praised Lopez’s talent and argued that awards don’t always capture what an actor brings to the screen.
For now, the reported romance remains unconfirmed by either star, and representatives haven’t publicly commented.
