Candace Cameron Bure is stepping into her grandma era as daughter Natasha Bure and husband Bradley Steven Perry, both 27, announce they’re expecting their first child with a sweet May 7 Instagram reveal in matching striped shirts.

Candace Cameron Bure is officially entering her grandma era — though she has rebranded it, obviously — because daughter Natasha Bure and her husband, Bradley Steven Perry, are expecting their first baby.

The announcement

Natasha and Perry, both 27, dropped the news on Thursday, May 7 with a joint Instagram post captioned: "Our dream role 🐣."

The photo is peak coordinated cute: matching striped button-ups, Natasha’s blouse unbuttoned just enough to show the bump, and mugs that read "Mama" and "Dada." Subtle? Not really. Adorable? Absolutely.

"I’m gonna be a Candy Gram!!!!!! 🤗🥳❤️"

That was 50-year-old Candace — yes, DJ Tanner herself — resharing the pic on her Instagram, cementing the grandma nickname she’s going with. In the comments of the original post, she also jumped in with: "CandyGram in full effect 🤗❤️." Natasha replied to Mom’s repost with: "Best Candygram ever!!!! ❤️😘😘😘."

Friends popped in too. Danica McKellar went full confetti with "Yippee!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," while Dave Coulier’s wife, Melissa, added: "Candygram!!! Congratulations to all of you. ❤️❤️."

Family roll call

Natasha is the eldest child of Candace and former NHL player Valeri Bure, who tied the knot back in June 1996. They also share two sons: Lev, 26, and Maksim, 24.

A quick rewind on Natasha and Bradley

  • They made it Instagram official in July 2024.
  • Perry later explained their origin story that same month: they initially crossed paths while both seeing other people and didn’t talk, but after his 2023 car accident, Natasha replied to one of his posts and the conversation finally started.
  • They tied the knot last year. The write-up around their wedding mentions a September 2025 ceremony, which doesn’t line up with the rest of the timeline — that looks like a typo and reads as September 2024.
  • Candace, proud mother- of-the-bride, posted a carousel from the day: praising Bradley as the kind of guy you want your daughter to marry and calling Natasha radiant, then closed it out with a blessing for their life together.
  • Yes, that was Olivia Jade serving as a bridesmaid.

What we still don’t know

No due date yet. But between "Mama"/"Dada" mugs and "Candy Gram" energy, the branding is locked.
