No fillers, no nips, no tucks: Billie Eilish, 24, says cosmetic work isn’t in her future, revealing on Amy Poehler’s May 5 Good Hang episode she once couldn’t even picture life beyond her teens.

Billie Eilish is 24, staring down adulthood, and she’s made up her mind about one very Hollywood topic: she’s not planning to get anything done to her face or body. Honestly, it ’s a pretty refreshing stance from someone who grew up in the spotlight.

On Amy Poehler’s podcast, she spells it out

Eilish sat down with Amy Poehler on the Tuesday, May 5 episode of Poehler’s podcast, Good Hang, and talked about how her perspective has shifted since her teen years. Back at 17, she genuinely thought, OK, this is me forever. Now she knows better. People change. Bodies change. And she’s into it.

She said she’s excited to let her face and body age on their own, and she doesn’t want to intervene. The big reason: future kids. She wants them to recognize themselves in her.

"I want my kids to look at me and have my face look like their face and not be some botched version of whatever the f*** is going on out there right now."

She’s talked about wanting kids for years

This isn’t new for her. In a 2022 interview with The Sunday Times, Eilish looked ahead to motherhood and joked she’d rather die than not have children. She also worried about the day her kid insists something is right and won’t listen to her. One slightly confusing detail that floats around: some retellings say she was 18 at the time, but the calendar math makes her closer to 20 then. Either way, the point stands — she’s been thinking about this for a while.

Plenty of celebs are open about surgery — she’s choosing the other lane

Lots of big names have been candid about going under the knife. Different choices for different people:

  • Kris Jenner
  • Kylie Jenner
  • Cardi B
  • Simone Biles — she’s spoken about getting a breast augmentation and eyelid surgery
  • Kristin Cavallari

Where this comes from: her long, messy history with body image

In an Elle cover story last month, Eilish dug into why she gravitated toward oversized clothes early on. She described having a really toxic relationship with her body and dealing with eating issues; wearing a big shirt gave her instant relief. It wasn’t just about hiding, either — it came out of her love for hip-hop and wanting to present more masculine for a while.

She called out the internalized misogyny in how she used to think: that being seen as feminine meant being seen as weak. She says she’s found a healthier balance now, where she doesn’t feel boxed in by that thinking.

Bottom line: Eilish is game to let time do its thing — no needles, no knives — and she wants her future kids to see their mom’s actual face looking back at them.
