Auction bound: $25M real-life Infinity Gauntlet loaded with 170+ carats of gems
Brace your wallet: the ultimate Marvel collectible is coming, and the sticker shock could make even die-hards blink.
Built from Marvel ’s own digital design files and set with six untreated gemstones, this real-world Infinity Gauntlet is a nearly 20-inch, one-of-a-kind showpiece from East Continental Gems that tips the scales at more than 170 carats combined. The jeweled replica was first shown at San Diego Comic-Con in 2022 and now heads to the block as the flashiest lot in Julien’s Celebrity & Culture Experience in Abu Dhabi.
Valued at $25 million, the gemstone-studded gauntlet goes under the hammer December 8, 2026, in Abu Dhabi.
Julien’s Auctions says the gauntlet will be accompanied by gemstone certifications and a certificate of authenticity signed by comic-book legend Jim Starlin. While the piece carried that $25 million valuation at its public unveiling, the auction house has not announced a formal opening estimate.
On screen in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, the gauntlet was a universe-wrecking weapon forged to channel the six Infinity Stones. The real version swaps cosmic havoc for collector bragging rights — the stones here are very much earthbound rubies, emeralds, sapphires and more, all unheated and untreated.
