Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula’s breakup turns brutal as Bravo drops the first In the City trailer, exposing a post-separation rift — and a no-prenup bomb — that leaves them more divided than ever.

Bravo just dropped the first trailer for Summer House spinoff In the City, and it is not subtle. If you thought Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula were keeping their split tidy, think again. This footage is messy in that very specific, Bravo-knows-exactly-what-it’s-doing way.

The trailer: prenup talk, threats, and cheating accusations

The teaser, released Tuesday, April 7, wastes zero time. Kyle and Amanda, now separated after four years of marriage, are past the point of polite.

"We don’t have a prenup, but if you come for me, I’ll come for you," Amanda says.

"That would be a losing battle," Kyle fires back.

"Are you threatening me?" she shoots back.

Later: "Who was in our apartment last night while I’m asleep? Do you know how many times you’ve cheated on me?"

Us Weekly confirmed in January that the two had called it quits after four years of marriage. The current Summer House season has been laying the groundwork for the breakup, and now In the City looks ready to fan the flames with on-camera accusations and late-night visitors.

Wait, is that West?

Yup. The trailer also teases Amanda reconnecting with Summer House favorite West Wilson. It’s a blink-and-you-miss-it beat, but it’s there: "Hey cutie," she says as they hug. "Hey Mandie," he replies. Fans are absolutely going to comb this show frame by frame now, because on March 31 the two confirmed they’re officially dating via joint Instagram Stories. Their note struck a careful tone: "Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, " and they said they took time to figure out their feelings, mindful of how this impacts other people. Translation: they know everyone is watching, and they’re trying not to be messy about it.

Who’s actually in this spinoff?

In the City is not just Kyle, Amanda, and West stirring the pot. Bravo stacked the deck with returning faces and brand-new ones:

  • Danielle Olivera with her partner Eoin Heavey
  • Andrea Denver with his partner Lexi Sundin
  • Whitney Fransway (Bachelor Nation) with her boyfriend Kenny Martin
  • Gavin Moseley
  • Katie Arundel
  • Georgina Ferzli
  • Nick Barber
  • Yvonne Najor

Lindsay Hubbard starts a new chapter

Summer House OG Lindsay Hubbard is stepping into life as a fiercely independent single mom and, yes, she’s dating. Country singer Dustin Lynch pops up on her radar. It’s not all fun, though. Lindsay gets candid about the fallout from past relationships: "Something I’ve wanted my entire life - a family - that was taken away from me. I’m choosing partners that continue to abandon me, and it’s made me feel that I should feel ashamed." Expect her to call out bad behavior when she sees it.

When and where to watch

Summer House is currently airing Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. In the City premieres Tuesday, May 19 at 9 p.m. ET, with new episodes streaming the next day on Peacock.
